At Optimus Trips, we strive to provide the best travel experiences with transparency and fairness. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed for services booked through our website or representatives.

General Refund Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period and are subject to terms set by hotels, airlines, and other vendors.
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@optimustrips.com along with booking reference, traveler details, and cancellation confirmation (if applicable).
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on the vendor's timelines.

Flights:

  • Refundable Tickets: As per airline policies. Refund amount will be processed after deducting cancellation and service charges.
  • Non-refundable Tickets: No refund will be issued unless specified under special airline waiver circumstances.
  • No-show: No refund is applicable for no-show passengers.

Hotels:

  • Free Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled within the free cancellation period.
  • Partial Refund: Refund after deducting cancellation charges imposed by the hotel and our service fee.
  • Non-refundable Bookings: No refunds once booking is confirmed.

Holiday Packages & Transfers:

  • More than 30 days before travel: 75% refund (after deducting applicable vendor costs).
  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund (after deducting non-refundable components).
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
  • No-show or Early Check-out: No refund will be processed.

Cruises and Special Activities:

Subject to the specific operator’s terms and refund timelines. In most cases, these are non-refundable once booked.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events:

No refunds will be provided for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, we will assist you with rebooking or credit vouchers, if supported by the vendors.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. In certain cases, refunds may be issued as credit vouchers valid for future bookings.
