Arrival at Dehradun

Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station. Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay. Indulge in a delicious dinner included. Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra. Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact breifing time will be shared on the arrival day). During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage. Rest well to gear up for an exciting start to your Dodham Yatra!

Day 02
Dehradun to Kedarnath [Flying Duration: 30 - 40 mins]

Arrival in Kedarnath: Reach the Kedarnath region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow- capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra. Helicopter Transfer: After being transferred from Dehradun, you will fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons. VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site. Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey. Day 3: Kedarnath to Badrinath [Flying Duration: 30 - 40 mins]

Travel to Badrinath: On the third day of your Dodham journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks. Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. VIP Darshan at Badrinath: After settling in, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan, experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines. Explore Mana Village: Post darshan, take the opportunity to explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border. Visit the Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa (cave), Bheem Pul (bridge) and the origin point of the Saraswati River, rich in history and mythology. Day 4: Badrinath to Dehradun [Flying Duration: 55 - 65 mins]

Breakfast: After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast. Return Flight to Dehradun: Fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and cherished memories of your Dodham Yatra by helicopter. Arrival in Dehradun: Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per your departure timings. Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes once we drop you at your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of your memorable Dodham Yatra.

1. Quotes, Rates, and Price Variations:

  • All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may change due to factors such as supplier price revisions, exchange rate fluctuations, tax updates, or limited inventory. Should there be any change before your booking is finalized, you will be informed. If you choose not to proceed, you may cancel without penalty. Once confirmed and paid, any later discounts or promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation if travel is more than 45 days away.
  • Balance payment is due 45 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 45 days of travel require 100% payment at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Direct Deposit.
  • Merchant fees will apply for credit card payments on the final amount.

3. Cancellations (Standard Policy):

  • Cancellation 30+ days prior: 75% refund
  • Cancellation 15&ndash29 days prior: 50% refund
  • Cancellation 7 days to 48 hours prior or No-Show: No refund
  • Additionally, 28% GST already paid to hotels will be deducted above the cancellation charges.

4. Amendment & Late Booking Fees:

  • Amendments after confirmation attract a fee (25%&ndash50% depending on the booking value), plus supplier charges.
  • Bookings made within 72 hours of departure may attract a late booking fee of 20%.

5. Refunds:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of travel completion.
  • INR 1,500/- processing fee applies to all approved refunds.
  • Refunds are not provided for services unused after travel has started or due to weather disruptions or illness (claimable via travel insurance).

6. Airline Bookings and Cancellations:

  • Airfares are non-refundable, non-changeable, and fully governed by airline policies.
  • Full payment is required upfront for flight tickets.

7. Travel Insurance:

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. It is the traveller&rsquos responsibility to ensure adequate insurance coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.

8. Accommodation:

  • Hotel details will be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Check-in is generally 2 PM Check-out is 10 AM unless otherwise specified.
  • Photo ID and Credit Card authorization may be required at check-in.

9. Vehicle Services:

  • Vehicles are arranged through trusted third-party operators. Optimus Trips is not liable for operational shortcomings of the vendor once travel begins.

10. General:

  • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Optimus Trips reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.


     
  • Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 25%-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • Late Payments: A late fee may apply for payments made after the due date.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment methods (subject to applicable charges).
  • Currency: Payments are to be made in INR unless stated otherwise for international packages.
  • Heli Yatra reserves the right to cancel passengers, who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit or anyone else whom we deem to be unsafe to fly. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
  • 45 days or more prior to departure: 80% refund (excluding service charges, hotel/transport cancellation charges, and applicable taxes).
  • 30&ndash44 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
  • 15&ndash29 days prior to departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 days prior to departure or No Show: No refund will be provided.

Important Points:

  • The refund amount is calculated after deducting non-refundable components like airfare, train tickets, ferry tickets, permit fees, and any advance payments made to hotels or transport vendors.
  • In case of partial cancellations (reducing number of travelers or services), cancellation charges will apply on the canceled portion.
