The sacred Char Dham Yatra begins with pickup from Haridwar followed by a scenic drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. From Barkot, proceed to Yamunotri where pilgrims trek from Janki Chatti to visit the Yamunotri Temple and return to Barkot. The journey continues to Uttarkashi where devotees visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple before heading to Gangotri the next day to seek blessings at the holy Gangotri Temple. After Gangotri darshan, travel to Guptkashi / Sitapur for the Kedarnath leg of the yatra. From here, pilgrims proceed to Gaurikund and trek to Kedarnath Temple, one of the most revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, and return to Guptkashi after darshan. The journey then continues to Badrinath via Joshimath where devotees visit the sacred Badrinath Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and explore nearby attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa. Finally, the pilgrimage concludes with a return journey via Rudraprayag back to Haridwar, completing the spiritually enriching Char Dham Yatra.
Upon arrival in Delhi, begin your scenic journey towards Haridwar, the gateway to the sacred Char Dham Yatra. Drive through the plains of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, enjoying the changing landscapes as you approach the holy city nestled along the banks of the River Ganga. Early in the morning, begin your sacred journey from Haridwar towards Barkot, driving through picturesque mountain roads and serene river valleys. From Janki Chatti parking, begin the scenic 6 km trek to Yamunotri, passing through beautiful mountain trails and waterfalls. Pony or doli services are available at an additional cost. Upon reaching Yamunotri, take a holy dip in the sacred Surya Kund and seek blessings at Divya Shilla, followed by darshan of Maa Yamuna. After completing the rituals, trek back to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Uttarkashi, a spiritual town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. En route, visit the sacred Shiv Gufa and the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most important shrines in the region. On arrival at Uttarkashi, check in to your hotel and relax. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
After breakfast or with a packed breakfast, drive towards Gangotri Dham, enjoying the stunning Himalayan scenery en route. Visit Gangnani and take a holy dip in the natural hot water springs at Garam Kund. Continue through the breathtaking Harsil Valley, known for its pristine beauty and apple orchards. Upon reaching Gangotri, take a sacred dip in the holy River Bhagirathi and perform pooja and darshan at Gangotri Temple. In the evening, return to Uttarkashi for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and embark on a long yet scenic drive towards Guptkashi or Sitapur. The route passes through Tehri Dam and Rudraprayag, offering spectacular views of river confluences and mountain landscapes. By evening, arrive at your hotel in Guptkashi or Sitapur and check in. Enjoy an early dinner and prepare your trekking essentials for the upcoming Kedarnath Yatra. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early in the morning, check out from the hotel, leaving your main luggage safely in the vehicle or cloakroom. With a packed breakfast, proceed to Sitapur parking, followed by a shared jeep transfer from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. From Gaurikund, begin the sacred 18 km trek to Kedarnath Dham, surrounded by majestic Himalayan peaks. Pony, doli, or helicopter services are available at an additional cost. Reach Kedarnath by evening and, if time permits, attend the soulful evening Aarti at the temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath in your respective accommodation (room, tent, or dormitory).
Begin the day with an early morning darshan at the holy Kedarnath Temple. If time allows, you may also visit the Bhairav Temple, located about 1 km from the shrine. After darshan, return to your accommodation, check out, and begin the downhill trek back to Gaurikund. From Gaurikund, take a shared jeep to Sonprayag and meet your vehicle at Sitapur parking, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. Drive back to Guptkashi, check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards the revered Badrinath Dham via Joshimath. En route, witness the holy confluences at Vishnuprayag and Karnaprayag and visit the sacred Narsingh Temple. Continue the scenic mountain drive and reach Badrinath by evening. Check in to the hotel, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight near the temple.
Early in the morning, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan and take a holy dip in the natural hot water spring at Tapt Kund. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, check out and visit Mana Village, the first Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border, before 2:00 PM. Later, begin your drive towards Rudraprayag or Srinagar, passing through beautiful Himalayan valleys. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Rishikesh. Enjoy a scenic drive through the mountains with en route visits to the sacred Devprayag Sangam, the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers, and the revered Dhari Devi Temple. Continue the journey with a refreshing tea break along the way. On arrival in Rishikesh by evening, check in to the hotel, followed by dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for local sightseeing in Rishikesh, visiting famous spiritual spots and ghats. Later, drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival in the evening, you will be dropped at your designated point, marking the end of the tour with divine blessings of the Char Dham Yatra.
