Trek to Diraphuk (North Face of Kailash)

Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk via Dolma La Pass

This is the most challenging yet spiritually significant day of the yatra. Begin early and trek towards the high-altitude Dolma La Pass (5,530 meters), the highest point of the Kailash Parikrama. After crossing the pass, visit the sacred Gauri Kund, associated with Goddess Parvati. Continue your descent through rugged terrain towards Zuthulphuk. The day is physically demanding but offers immense spiritual fulfillment. Overnight stay at Zuthulphuk.

Zuthulphuk – Darchen – Saga

1. Quotes, Rates, and Price Variations:

  • All quotations are indicative and subject to currency fluctuations, airline fare changes, hotel availability, visa regulations, and government taxes. Final rates are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Post-payment, any increase in airline taxes, visa fees, or government charges will be borne by the traveler.
  • Trip Booking
    To confirm your booking:
    • A valid passport (minimum six months' validity) and six recent passport-sized
    photographs (hard or digital copies) are required.
    • An advance payment of 30% of the total trip cost is necessary at the time of booking.
    • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 3 days prior to trip commencement.
    Please plan your trip in line with your schedule and financial considerations

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to initiate bookings.
  • Full payment must be made 60 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 60 days of departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card, or Net Banking. (Credit Card charges extra).
  • Payment schedule may vary for peak seasons, cruise bookings, or special promotional offers.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 60+ days prior to departure: 75% refund (excluding visa fee, insurance, and airline charges).
  • Cancellation 30&ndash59 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days or No-show: No refund.
  • Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund of land arrangements, visa fee, or airline tickets.

4. Refunds:

  • Refund processing time is 8&ndash12 weeks post cancellation request.
  • All refunds attract an administration fee of INR 2,500/- per person.
  • No refunds for partially utilized services, missed sightseeing, meals, or transportation.

5. Visa, Passport, and Immigration:

  • Visa fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Issuance or rejection of visas is solely the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Passports must have a minimum 6 months validity from the date of return.
  • It is the traveler&rsquos responsibility to ensure proper travel s are in place.

6. Travel Insurance:

  • Comprehensive Travel Insurance covering overseas medical expenses, trip cancellations, and baggage loss is strongly recommended and sometimes mandatory depending on the country of travel.
  • Optimus Trips can assist in insurance purchase, but all claims must be directly processed with the insurance company.

7. Airline Bookings and Flight Changes:

  • Airfares are highly dynamic and non-refundable unless specified.
  • Name changes, date changes, or reissuances are subject to airline rules and penalties.

8. Accommodation and Meals:

  • Standard check-in time: 2 PM Standard check-out time: 10 AM&ndash12 Noon (as per hotel policy).
  • Breakfast is continental unless specified.
  • Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, etc.) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Responsibility:

  • Optimus Trips acts as a booking agent and cannot be held responsible for natural disasters, airline delays, strikes, wars, political unrest, epidemics, or force majeure events.
  • Any additional cost arising due to such events will be borne by the traveler.

  • All disputes are subject to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.
